VeraBank Welcomes Jon Turgel as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker

Kyle, TX — VeraBank proudly welcomes Jon Turgel, who joined the bank in March as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker. Jon brings more than 30 years of industry experience, with a strong background in relationship‑driven commercial banking and community engagement.

In this role, Jon will serve businesses across the Kyle to Bastrop area and surrounding communities, delivering relationship‑focused commercial banking solutions designed to support growth and enhance the overall banking experience. Jon will work closely with business owners, prospects, and centers of influence while maintaining a strong presence in the local communities served.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his Rottweiler and traveling by RV to visit his seven adult children and five grandchildren. An avid traveler, Jon is especially passionate about exploring beaches throughout Texas and Florida, with South Padre Island as a favorite destination.
