VeraBank’s Cameron Nofi Receives National Recognition

Austin, TX – VeraBank is proud to announce that Chief Financial Officer Cameron Nofi has been named to the Independent Community Bankers of America’s (ICBA) 40 Under 40: 2025 Community Bank Leaders list. This national recognition honors emerging leaders in community banking who are driving innovation, operational excellence, and community impact.

Now in its seventh year, ICBA’s 40 Under 40 award celebrates professionals who are transforming the industry through leadership, creativity, and a commitment to progress. Nofi was recognized for his forward-thinking financial leadership and ability to turn data into action.

“We are incredibly proud of Cameron and delighted to see him receive this well-earned recognition,” said VeraBank CEO Brad Tidwell. “Cameron’s insight, strategic focus, and dedication to excellence have made him an invaluable member of our leadership team. As CFO Nofi has played a critical role in VeraBank’s strategic development, aligning offerings and operations with emerging financial trends and market needs. He has been with the bank since 2021 and was promoted to CFO in June 2024. Nofi previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Director of Finance where he had oversight and responsibility for the bank’s financial planning and analysis, asset-liability monitoring, and reporting.

Nofi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Science in Accountancy at the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and a Chartered Financial Analyst. An Austin native, Nofi gives back to his hometown volunteering with and serving on the Board of the First Tee – Greater Austin.
