VeraBank Announces Vince McNew as New Commercial Banker

Henderson, TX – VeraBank is proud to announce that Vince McNew, a dedicated member of the bank since 2019, has transitioned into the role of Commercial Banker. Vince began his career with VeraBank as an intern while attending the University of Arkansas and joined the bank full‑time after graduating. Since then, he has gained invaluable experience, mentorship, and industry knowledge – growing from intern to full‑time team member and now stepping confidently into commercial banking.

In his new position, Vince will serve customers at VeraBank’s two locations in Henderson, as well as the one in Mt. Enterprise. His responsibilities include focusing on commercial loans, developing new customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting existing clients with their financial needs. Vince is proud of the path he has taken within the bank and credits the guidance and support of his colleagues for helping shape his professional growth.

Vince has always been drawn to VeraBank’s strong community roots and long‑standing history in East Texas. His early internship experiences solidified his desire to build a career here, giving him firsthand insight into the bank’s culture and the people he would have the opportunity to work with. “Being able to help customers and businesses in East Texas meet their needs – and grow my own expertise at the same time – is what motivates me every day,” Vince said.
