VeraBank Invests in AI Leadership to Empower Employees and Enhance Customer Experience

VeraBank is proud to announce the expansion of its artificial intelligence team with the addition of three key leaders. Together, this team will guide how VeraBank uses AI to support its people, improve customer experience, and strengthen the bank for the future.

The team is led by Preston Bradham, Senior Vice President and Head of Artificial Intelligence, who joined VeraBank earlier this year. Preston brings deep analytical expertise, grounded in a thoughtful commitment to keeping the bank’s AI strategy people-first. Alongside him, Halle Blend, VP and Enterprise AI Adoption Lead will focus on preparing employees to use these tools with confidence, while Myra Khan, Enterprise AI Platform Engineering Lead, will build and maintain the secure technical foundation that makes AI practical across the bank.
