VeraBank Names New Merchant Services Sales Officer
Killeen, TX — VeraBank is pleased to announce the appointment of Yesenia Westbrook to its Merchant Services and Payments team. Yesenia will serve as Vice President, Merchant Services Sales Officer for business customers across Bell, Williamson, and Travis counties. Yesenia, who previously served as the branch manager for VeraBank’s two Killeen locations, has over 20 years of banking experience and a deep commitment to customer service.
In her new position, Yesenia will focus on expanding the bank’s merchant services offerings and supporting small business customers with innovative payment solutions. She will also partner with branch teams to enhance their understanding of merchant processing, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to better serve the unique needs of local businesses.

Outside of work, Yesenia is all about family. She loves traveling with her husband, and visiting her children and grandchildren, in Kansas. She’s also a proud mom to her daughter who performs in operas and musicals. When she’s not cheering on her family, you’ll find Yesenia serving at her local church or volunteering for school and chamber events.
