Lost Card

Report a lost or stolen debit card.

Find out what to do below.

If you currently have the card added into the SecurLOCK™ Equip App:

  1. Open the SecurLOCK™ Equip App and sign in
  2. Find the VeraBank debit card that has been lost or stolen
  3. Next to Card On/Off, tap the blue button to turn the card off
    • If the button is already white and the card has a red dot on it, the card is off
  4. Call 800-530-2265

If you do not have the SecurLOCK™ Equip App or the lost/stolen card added into the app:

  1. Call 800-530-2265

Please Note: Your debit card is good through the month of expiration. You should receive your replacement card mid-month.
