Growing up in Arlington, TX as a competitive track and cross-country athlete throughout school and for Baylor University, Joel has always understood the value of mental toughness, self-discipline, and patience.

He’s been a resident of Austin for over 25 years and outside of assisting clients, he enjoys the outdoors, running, college football, rugby, traveling, and spending time with his wife, two children, and their dogs.
