Alex joined the VeraBank team in November 2021, starting as a Lending Administrative Assistant and advancing to her current role as a Mortgage Banker. She is deeply committed to guiding customers through every step of the mortgage process — from prequalification to closing — providing honest answers and reliable support along the way.

Outside of the bank, Alex volunteers her time with her local Discovery Science Place Museum and also has a presence in marketing and events for the Texas Department of Public Safety.
