Important System Upgrade

Everything You Need to Know


We’re excited to announce that we will be undergoing a system upgrade – designed to improve your banking experience.

As your financial partner, we’re genuinely committed to providing the best products and delivery channels available, and will continue to invest in technology that offers innovative ways for you to access and move your money.

The upgrade will affect personal and business banking customers in different ways. We encourage you to read the information below, so you are prepared for the weekend the system upgrade is taking place.

Personal Banking Customers

Dates:
• Our system upgrade will take place beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 19, through Monday morning, March 22.

What to expect:
• You will not be able to access Online and Mobile Banking during the upgrade.
• This will not affect your ability to use your debit cards or our ATMs.

This system upgrade will NOT change your:
• Account numbers
• Debit cards
• Recurring payments set up on debit cards
• Bill Pay information
• Existing direct deposits
• Mobile App
• Online and Mobile Banking logins

Business Banking Customers

Dates:
• Our system upgrade will take place beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 19, through Monday morning, March 22.

What to expect:
• This will not affect your ability to use your debit cards or our ATMs.
• You will not have access to Business Online Banking.
• You will not be able to submit ACH transactions, make wire transfers, or view past history until the system upgrade is complete.

This system upgrade will NOT change your:
• Account numbers
• Recurring payments
• Existing direct deposits
• Business Online Banking logins or company ID
